Terms of Service

By using SafePublish ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

SafePublish is an automated tool that reviews text you submit and returns risk signals and suggested phrasing. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Outputs are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for what you publish.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, to process content you have no right to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. Free accounts are limited to 3 scans per calendar month.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processors (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for other currencies). Taxes (including GST for Indian customers) are added where applicable. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation policy.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafePublish is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service's output. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
