Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing billing@safepublish.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge. After 7 days, monthly fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe and typically settle within 5–7 business days.

Failed or duplicate charges

Any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full on verification. Email billing@safepublish.aiskillhub.info with your payment reference.
