SafePublish respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with India's DPDP Act 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Scan text: the content you paste, sent to our AI provider to produce the analysis.
• Usage: an anonymous visitor identifier (cookie) to count free scans per month.
• Billing: for paid plans, your name, email and payment metadata held by our processor (Razorpay/Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the scan, enforce free-tier limits, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your scan text to train third-party models beyond what is required to generate your result.

Retention

Scan text is processed transiently to generate your report and is not stored long-term on the free tier. Usage counters reset monthly.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@safepublish.aiskillhub.info. We respond within statutory timelines.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to identify your browser for free-scan counting. No third-party advertising cookies.
